And rarely do we think about achieving a state of health until good health has gotten away from us and by then we're desperate and entrenched in habits that don't serve us. In addition to providing information and tools to help you make better choices my primary goal is to help you achieve deeper awareness of your desires that will drive those choices more effectively and with purpose; leaving you feeling perhaps a bit lighter, more alive and feeling that your body and mind are more integrated than before.
